White Screen and Freeze.

Problem:
Has happened twice in two weeks. After start up and starting virtual camera, after some time the whole preview area turns white and OBS stops responding. Recording not started yet.

Getting past the problem:
Week 1: restarted the laptop and everything was fine after that.
Week 2: Closed OBS. OBS did not close on it's own. I had to terminate it from Task Manager. On restart of OBS, everything worked fine.
In both instances a crash report was generated.

Details:
Been using OBS to stream to Zoom and record church services for a long time. Current scene setup (source inputs, outputs, etc) has not changed in the last year. Software has been updated regularly so I suspect the issue is a driver update, or a windows update issue.

I have attached the crash logs and the logs from the two days.

Please let me know if any further information is needed.

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks in advance.

Can you please attach a not compressed file? Thanks.
If the file is too large you can use the built in feature you'll find inside Help menu for both, crash report and log file, and then paste in here the URL.

Asked for one, not all of them.
Anyway, the crash is related to a browser source or custom dock. This is usually caused by third party plugins that need to be updated or removed. Make sure the plugins you have installed are compatible with the version of OBS you're using.
