Sources get laggy when streaming

Greetings, I'm having this weird issue where, offstream, all my sources work fine, but when I go streaming, 3 of them (browser source for alerts, veadotubemini for my pngtuber and the twitch throwing system) start lagging, however, the stream itself is no losing frames, and the capture card source runs perfectly fine, I'm including the log file of my most recent stream, if anybody knows what could be causing it, thanks

1. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
2. Contact StreamElements to resolve all of their errors in your log.
