Recording and previewing the game sometimes jerks

Good day!
Guys, I would be grateful for your help. Recently, after upgrading the video card to GeForce 5060 TI, I began to notice that the recording of the gameplay is periodically interrupted. This does not happen constantly, but at certain moments of the game, even when the video card is not heavily loaded.
I have already disabled hardware acceleration in Windows 10, this has mitigated the problem a bit but has not eliminated it completely, the interruptions are noticeable both in preview mode and during recording and during broadcasts.

My system settings:
- Windows 10
- Video card: GeForce 5060 Ti
- Processor: AMD 5600 X
- RAM: 32 GB

I'm not sure if I need to specify anything else about the system, I rarely write on forums, I usually find a problem that has already been solved on the Internet, but here, apparently, I'm the first...
I also attach a link to a log file with a reproduced problem, at the end of the recording the interruption started again, despite the fact that the video card was not loaded:

I would really appreciate any help as I really want to provide quality streams and these jerks can last for about 30 seconds and are extremely annoying...
Thanks in advance!

So, after many days of searching, I found that the problem most likely comes from the refresh rate of the monitors, namely from the difference in the frequency of the monitor on which the video is captured from the frequency of the monitor on which the video source is played. I will say right away that the solution does not completely eliminate the problem, but it reduces it to a minimum, at least for me.

To reduce the flickering effect, it is necessary to compensate the capture frequency in the OBS output settings. In my case, the monitor that is capturing has a refresh rate of 60.02, and the monitor on which the image is played has exactly 60 so to get an equal refresh rate in the OBS output settings I select the drop-down list "fractional frame value" and write 6002 in the numerator, and 100 in the denominator, thereby getting the desired 60.02 on a monitor with OBS, in your case you may need to select other numbers, depending on the refresh rate.

If you have other solutions other than buying another monitor (which is not a fact that it will help), I will be glad!
I hope this will help someone, go to the streams :D

Despite the previous solution to the problem, it still persists and I came to the conclusion that it has nothing to do with the frequency of capture or refreshing monitors and the like.

I will not list the solutions that I have tried, however, it seems that I have tried everything that is possible and the main argument, perhaps, will be that the stuttering began when updating the video card to 5060 ti and the OBS itself, I have tried all possible versions of OBS, the problem did not go away.

I also excluded the second monitor from the recording process, the problem remained, so the second monitor with a different hertz cannot be related to the problem, although I synchronized it with the main monitor using CRU.

No more changes were made to the system, I conclude that the 5060 ti and its drivers are not fully suitable for recording, and what to do, I have no idea, my old 1660 super did not have this.
If you have any ideas, I'll be glad to hear them.
