lagging in every game

hello everybody, Am having issues with lag in every game when i start recording i have tried every tutorial for low end pc and nothing has changed i dont know why.

here are my specs:

cpu: i7-1065G7
gpu: intel iris plus graphics
gpu : nvidia geforce MX110
ram: 20gb
ssd

Provide an OBS session log from when you attempted to record please.

@nailcafferys Thx, it's helpful! It was strange on my part to expect OBS to work correctly when running 2 Google Chrome browsers with 100 tabs each...
