Hi OBS Team,
I’m experiencing persistent audio delay issues when recording Adobe Connect sessions. Here’s a summary of my setup and steps taken so far:
Logs: (optional, attach OBS logs for affected recordings here)
Could you advise on a solution or workaround to completely fix this issue?
Thanks in advance!
I’m experiencing persistent audio delay issues when recording Adobe Connect sessions. Here’s a summary of my setup and steps taken so far:
- System: Windows 10, NVIDIA GeForce GT 730, 16GB RAM
- OBS Version Tested: 31.1.2, 27.2.4, and 32.0.0 Beta 2
- Recording Settings:
- Encoder: x264 (Software)
- Resolution: 1366x768 / 1280x720
- FPS: 60
- Rate Control: CBR / ABR / CRF (all tested)
- Audio Capture: Virtual Cable (VB-Audio)
- Desktop Audio: Disabled / Enabled (both tested)
- Problem Description:
Audio and video are in sync at the beginning, but after ~1/3 of the recording, audio gradually lags behind. This occurs even in recordings as short as 10–12 minutes. - Steps Tried:
- Different OBS versions (including beta)
- Reinstalling OBS on M.2 SSD
- Testing with both built-in Windows audio and VB-Audio Virtual Cable
- Using different encoders, FPS, and rate control settings
- Testing with Adobe Connect web version and desktop app
- Ensuring no other apps running in background
Logs: (optional, attach OBS logs for affected recordings here)
Could you advise on a solution or workaround to completely fix this issue?
Thanks in advance!
