Why not update vulkan layer injection to 1.4?
why not update vulkan layer inject to 1.4? i have problem when loading local LLM because there is layer inject by obs ,etc stuck in registry cause conflict? i use vulkaninfo -summary see obs using 1.3 now vulkan 1.4 , after i delete registry value i can load Local LLM with vulkan backend again...- ugie
